Directions For Using Quinton Isotonic
Dosage
1–6 ampoules daily.
We recommend taking the Isotonic before bed.
Timing
Many users find it beneficial to take Quinton on an empty stomach to ensure optimal absorption. This typically means taking it at least 30 minutes before meals or a couple of hours after.
Method Of Intake
Quinton can be consumed directly from the ampoule or vial. If you find the taste too strong, it can be diluted in a glass of water.
How To Open A Quinton Ampoule
Step 1
Hold the ampoule vertically and carefully break open the bottom end, ensuring any loose glass falls away towards the bottom.
Step 2
Rotate the ampoule so the top is facing downwards. Cover the top open hole with your finger to block air entry, then gently break off the remaining piece, again ensuring it faces downwards.
Step 3
Remove your finger from the top hole. You can now directly consume the contents from the ampoule or pour it into an empty glass for consumption.
Storage & Handling
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.
Once opened, consume the contents immediately.
